Benelux Upkot is perfectly situated right next to the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Ghent University. What’s more, you’ll find everything a student needs under one roof: cosy kitchens, sunny terraces and, of course, a great atmosphere amongst the students
Benelux Upkot has cosy kitchens and chill-out rooms on every floor. There’s also a secure bike shed, a laundry room and even sunny terraces where you can relax with your flatmates.
No, Benelux Upkot does not have a study room. The faculty building next door has a few rooms where students can study. You can also use the shared kitchens with other students.

Yes, certainly. Ghent-Sint-Pieters station is just an 8-minute cycle ride from Benelux Upkot. You can also take various buses, such as the 9a, 9b or 60, which will take you to the station in 12 minutes.
The Upkot coach is responsible for the social activities organised in the building. Many public holidays are celebrated at Upkot, for example. Think of: a fun Christmas market, a visit from Sinterklaas, a welcome drink with all the students, etc. In addition, the coach also organises smaller, fun activities for the students throughout the year. Feel free to plan your own activities or organise something fun with other students.
