Choose an Upstudio (1p) and you're choosing kot life entirely at your own pace. With a private bathroom and kitchen, you shower whenever you want and a quick bite is always within reach. Perfect if you love living solo but don’t want to miss out on the Upkot vibes in the shared spaces. The chill room door is always open!

Hi! I'm Seppe, coach of Mia Upkot. That’s +120 students in one big community. From relaxing in the garden to eating and cooking together in the kitchens. There’s always something going on. We're right by Gent-Sint-Pieters Station and just a 10-minute bike ride to the city centre.
