Hello! Ayoka here, coach of Yum Upkot. In the tastiest street of Kortrijk, right in the city centre and close to the campuses of Howest, VIVES and KULAK. Here, we do movie nights in our chill spots, study sessions in the study café and late-night snacks in one of the kitchens. Yummyyyy!

Yum Upkot’s location is what makes the building an ideal student residence. Yum Upkot is close to the train station, just a stone’s throw from Kortrijk’s bustling city centre and close to several university campuses.
Yum Upkot has cosy communal kitchens and chill-out rooms on every floor. The building also has a secure bicycle storage area, a study café and a large, green garden.

Yum Upkot is within walking distance of Kortrijk railway station. There are several bus stops at the railway station.
The Upkot coach is responsible for the social activities organised in the building. Many public holidays are celebrated at Upkot, for example. Think of: a fun Christmas market, a visit from Sinterklaas, a welcome drink with all the students, etc. In addition, the coach also organises smaller, fun activities for the students throughout the year. Feel free to plan your own activities or organise something fun with your housemates.
